What we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage the project. Submissions are stored in our website’s customer database and emailed to our team through an email delivery service (SMTP2GO). We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Server and security logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider and our security services (Cloudflare and a WordPress security plugin) automatically record your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running, block attacks and troubleshoot problems. They are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of cookies needed for security and performance (for example, Cloudflare’s bot protection). If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies as described above. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery and security), SMTP2GO (email delivery), and, if enabled, Google (analytics). Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our business records, typically no longer than three years. Server and security logs are kept for a short period, generally 30 to 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
